Lifting magnets are useful for collecting and transfer of bulk ferrous materials such as break-bulk loading, scrap yards, or metal recovery systems. Lifting magnets are designed for rugged industrial duty with high magnetic permeability castings and high quality stainless steel exciting coil guard plate. Nippon Magnetics has a new dual lifting system magnet that utilizes both electromagnet and permanent magnet. This allows the load to hold even in the middle of power loss. The ECCD eddy current continuous dryer combines the age-old theory of eddy currents with the most advanced technology and materials resulting in an innovative thermal-energy generator for the 21st century. This system does not generate CO2 making it eco-friendly. Further, the drum generates heat on its own so no noise or dust is released into the environment. Electrostatic Corona Separator Precious metal recovery system
Electrostatic separators are for separation of metals and non-metals that cannot be separated by conventional magnetic separators such as: eddy-current separators, wind separators, or heavy-fluid separators. Eddy Current Separator Aluminum Separator
The ALS eddy current separator is used mostly in recycling and recovery systems such as bulk waste, and aluminum molding sand. This system is excellent of the recovery of conductive but not necessarily magnetic attractive materials. Eddy current separators are useful for separation of aluminum, brass, copper, magnesium and other highly conductive materials. This system uses a high-energy permanent magnet inside a high-speed drum. As high conductive materials pass over the drum and through the magnetic field an eddy current occurs repelling the materials respective to their conductivity pushing them a distance determined by Fleming's left hand law. Applications include aluminum waste recycling, aluminum mold sand recovery, culling aluminum, steel and glass, separation of aluminum and plastics, and other recovery application for conductive materials. Electromagnetic MagHammerTM Impact Vibrator Low maintenance solution to powder and bulk solid flow problems
SIC electromagnetic impact vibrator or MagHammerTM is a high impact force, low frequency impact vibrator for the free-flow of powder and bulk solids. This vibrator an internal piston driven by a pair of electromagnetic coils providing a strong impact force on the face of vibrator which is transferred to the mounting surface. This impact is similar to a slug hammer impact, without the damage to the bin or silo, in that is frees materials that are clogged or sticking to the sides of a bin or silo. This is useful for the breaking up bridging, arching, clinging, and rat holing in bins, silo and transfer lines. The advantage of this system over other types is the sealed system requires zero maintenance. Electromagnetic Separator Removes fine iron powder from base material
The CG, AT and FAT electromagnetic separators are designed specifically to remove fine iron powders introduced to the base material during the grinding process. Model CG is a base unit model requiring mechanical removal of the magnetic filter screen. Model AT is a semi continuous operation unit with two legs. While one leg is filtering material, releasing the magnetic force cleans the other leg. Model FAT is a continuous operation unit. Two CG units are installed in parallel with timer to alternate the flow between the two units. Iron powder is collected in a dumper box. Common powder base materials include chemical powders, powdered minerals, and dehydrated powdered foods. This device commonly follows a milling or grinding operation. | ||||||||||||

All Purpose Magnetic Separators Dual magnetization for better performance
WN all-purpose magnetic pulleys offers more flexibility and are used in the widest variety of applications of any magnetic separator. Since they are used with a belt system they offer a simple way of separating product or material into common categories. Two series are available. The 200 series is used with belts from 350 mm to 600 mm and is available in either vertical or horizontal poles configurations. The 300 series are available in widths from 350 to 900 mm and are available in only horizontal pole versions. Twin-pole permanent magnet Separator Separates traditionally difficult types of scrap iron
Sometimes using a standard permanent magnet drum separator is not enough. Materials with low magnetic attraction may slip through into the plastics or aluminum bins. The Twin Pole permanent magnet, drum separators using two drums spinning in opposite directions, creating a wide strong magnetic field that captures materials with low magnetic attraction. These materials are kicked to the side while the non-magnetic materials such as plastic, glass, and aluminum drop straight through. Dry, Self-Cooled Suspension Electromagnet Separator Patented self-cooling design saves energy and reduces maintenance
The HUF-S is a dry, self-cooled, suspension type of magnetic separator based on an innovative concept. A magnetization coil is connected to a radiant cooling plate via selective affinity (a patented hybridization method), producing an enhanced cooling effect. This new, suspension type hybrid magnetic separator is ideal for waste-processing plants handling bulky waste that generates large amounts of powdery dust. The HUF-S does not use insulating oil or cooling fans and yet efficiently cools the unit maintaining maximum magnetic strength over long hours of operation. Insulating oil has a flash point of 150C and create a Class 4 hazardous substance requiring registration with fire authorities. Cooling fans create noise and consume additional power. Electromagnet Drum Separator Large diameter drum separator
The EDS electromagnet drum separator is designed with a large drum to aid in the capture of scrap iron and ferrous material from bulk waste or in conjunction with a recycling shredder. The drum is mounted at the end of a belt, above the belt with waste or shredded product traveling on a belt below. The EDS electromagnet drum separator lifts the material from a belt underneath and carries it up and over the drum, dropping it on the opposite side of the drum in separate pile for the rest of the material that simply falls off the end of the belt. EDS - Model EDS is a spool shaped drum separator used for scrap metal and bulk waste in conjunction with a shredder line. Need sizes, options and styles available. Magnetic Strainer Fines removal for powders, liquids and slurries
MS/SMS magnetic strainers are ideal for removing iron content, including fine iron powders and abrasive powders including some stainless steels, from foods, chemicals, paints, printing inks, lubricants, cutting oils, clay, pigments, dyes sugar, dissolved pulp used paper and other high concentration and high viscosity liquids. A variety of industries fall into this category including food processing, chemical processing, clay and ceramic production, pulp and paper processing, and other industries where removal of fine iron and magnetic attractive materials need to be removed from liquids, slurries and viscose liquids.
