Air hoses are specialized hoses that convey compressed air to actuators, valves and pneumatic components. Referred to as pipes, and more generally as tubing, these hoses are popular in pneumatic, industrial and underwater diving applications. Construction of these types of hoses include corrugated or convoluted, articulated, reinforced, coiled, and multi-element. These hoses offer flexibility for compression and expansion due to corrugations and pleats present in them. These hoses find application in pneumatic systems, air suction applications, high flow and low pressure devices.

An axial fan is a type of mechanical fan used to create a flow of air or gases in a direction parallel to the drive shaft of the blades. These fans are known as axial fans, essentially because they blow the air or gases along the axis of the fan. This type of fan is used in a number of applications ranging from cooling purposes in residences, cars, and computers to create airflow in wind tunnels. In addition, axial fans are ideal in applications, which have high flow requirements and low pressure demands. In most cases, especially ones where they are stand-alone, these fans are driven by electrical motors. Whereas in others, the fans are driven by drive belts, as in automobiles.

Aerospace machining is a machining process catering to the aerospace industry that encompasses numerous machining operations such as drilling, routing, trimming, cutting, sanding and milling. The machining is aimed at realizing two significant objectives - creation of slots, holes and other features, which cannot be incorporated during the manufacturing of the part; and to induce required tolerance in the component. Components worked upon by this machining include core panels, rotor blade components, longerons, floor boards, custom machined parts, door stops, advanced composites, spars and sheet metal parts.
