Level Switches – OPTISWITCH 3000 C Series Vibration Level Switches for solids
Cement or aggregates are placed in interim storage in multiple chamber silos. When the chambers are filled, large quantities of dust are generated. Depending on the consistency of the aggregate, different material cones are formed and the product properties can change from filling to filling. OPTISWITCH offers additional protection against overfilling the aggregate silo. The flexible suspension cable avoids mechanical strain caused by movements of the bulk solid. A filling is not necessary for setup. Because OPTISWITCH has practically no moving parts, it is not subject to wear. Versions

Level Switches – LS 6500 | LS 6600 Switch for level detection and dry-run protection
The LS 6500 and LS 6600 are hygienic level switches for level detection and dry-run protection for liquids andsolids. Through its small and optimal sensor shape, the device is easy to clean and the risk ofclogging of sticky products is minimised. The device measures liquids such as water and beer and even viscous and sticky products such as honey or toothpaste. Dry medias (sugar or flour) can be also measured. The measurement is precise and not affected by the mounting position. Coating of the sensor or condensate are not detected. The LS 6500 and LS 6600 are resistent against CIP and SIP agents. Hygienic installation is possible with thecomprehensive range of accessories. Highlights LS 6500

Level Switches – LS 72xx Series LS 7200, LS 7201, LS 7210, LS 7211, LS 7220, LS 7221, LS 7230, LS 7231, LS 7240, LS 7241 Level switches for liquids for level detection or dry-run protection
The hygienic conductive sensors type LS 7000 series are used for level detection or dry run protection on conductive liquids. These sensors pick up the electrical resistance of the tank product when the electrode is in contact with the product. The wall of the vessel or the pipe acts as reverse potential. Available are stump electrodes for pipe installation (LS 7200/7201) or mono or multiple rods (LS 7210-7240) for installation in tanks. The sensor rods are from stainless steel or coated, to make them insensitive for foam or product build up. Sensor rods can be shortened without special tools. The electronics is either integrated in the electronic compartment or can be placed in the panel room (electronic modules LEM 100/200). On varying products (with different conductivities), the sensitivity can be adjusted via a contact input. With a huge variety of hygienic process connections, a crevice free installation can be achieved. These connections are EHEDG approved regarding their simple cleanability. |
