- Bonded Abrasives Bonded abrasives are composed of abrasive grains held together in a glass, rubber, resin or other bonding medium. Metal and fiberglass may also be employed. These abrasives are used in grinding wheels, stones and sticks of various shapes and sizes. Bonded abrasives are used to remove surface materials and can be used for grinding and cutting, depending on type of grit employed.
- Backward-Curved Fans A backward-curved fan is a type of centrifugal fan in which the blades are curved such that the ends point in a direction opposite to the rotation of the fan wheel. Centrifugal fans with this type of blade orientations are generally used in applications that require medium-volume flow rates and high pressure. A clear advantage of backward-curved fans over conventional radial fans is their greater energy efficiency, which makes them an ideal option for applications requiring high horsepower. In addition, its main advantage over forward-curved fans is its non-overloading characteristic. However, backward curved fans have to operate at higher speeds to match the pressure and volume of equivalently sized forward-curved fans.

- Bowl Feeders Bowl feeders are vibratory feeders credited with more versatility and more popularity as a part feeder in automated assemblages. A feeder bowl with an integral spiral track within is the soul of this feeder. As the drive unit generates vibrations, the feeder bowl too undergoes vibration, which propels the parts on to the track. The design of these feeders enables them to utilize either rotation or the vibration of a disc to effectuate part feeding and orientation to a conveyor line or to a different application. A bowl feeder that feeds product through bowl vibration is called a vibratory bowl feeder.

- Ball Screws Ball screws are mechanical devices that convert rotational motion into linear motion. The ball bearings serve the purpose of a precision screw, and glide through a spiral raceway provided by a threaded shaft. The threaded shaft serves as the screw while the ball assembly operates as the nut. Such screws, even while lessening friction, are capable to operate with some preload, eliminating backlash prevalent between input (rotation) and output (linear motion),. This feature emerges to be of immense significance when these screws are used in computer-controlled motion-control systems such as CNC machine tools.

- Braided Hose Braided hoses are fluid-conveying fixtures displaying a construction of a synthetic tube cohered with a woven nylon braid. They usually come in cylindrical shapes and are generally referred to as pipes though the former are more flexible than the latter; tubing is, however, the most generic reference used. They are available in a range of length, size and end-fitting configurations. Hoses of this type exhibit excellent withstanding capability to several hydraulic applications, which use high temperatures and pose a requirement for high degree of safety, reliability and durability during the hose operation.
- Ball Screw Repair Ball screw repair process is a sequence of steps commencing with the visual inspection of the screw for wear as well as a total indication run out. The screw is then disassembled followed by re-grinding of the screws, if necessary, with the screw being re-lapped and polished in the subsequent steps. The nuts are re-ground or substituted if necessary. The nuts are then examined for straightness followed by an inspection of bearing journals. A hard chrome plate is ground and re-ground to attain finish sizes. The elements are assembled again with large chrome steel balls as a compensation for backlash. The screw is finally tested for the correct amount of torque.
